I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, but they forgot to include a bottle of water. The service was top-notch with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The location couldn't have been better, right on the lakeshore near Piazza Grande. The dining experience was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic choice for my trip.
